Tom Cruise and his Amish Ways

In the not so plebeian Cruise household, there lived three children who had come from a life of privilege, eccentricity and religious looniness. The parents of those children believed strongly in being involved with their children's lives - teaching them about Xenu, eating their placenta, and most recently - banning them from TV and computers, which is probably by far the most normal stunt they have pulled in a while.
Tom Cruise has said in an Irish interview that he is determined to monitor what Isabella, Connor and Suri do in the spare time. He added that the kids do not have computer games and absolutely no television.
However, they are allowed to listen to music and read any book they want and can also choose the movies they want to see on the weekends, within reason.
Let's bet that the movies they are allowed to rent or watch will be on this list.
All jokes aside, limiting your child's TV and computer time may not be such a bad thing in today's world. But banning them completely is kinda extreme, don't ya think? Kids these days just don't respond well to restrictions.
