The Mist Poster
Writer Stephen King's novel The Mist blends John Carpenter's The Fog into a shopping mall haunting. Like Dawn of the Dead (minus Zombies) a handful of survivors must battle a supernatural force that houses evil spectres out for blood.
What sounds by the numbers may well be lifted by Director Frank Darabont who notably adapted a little known King novel called The Shawshank Redemption. The film stars uber cool Thomas Jane (Boogie Nights, Stander), William Sadler (Bordello of Blood) and Marcia Gay Harden (Pollock)
