The Latest Poster

One of the greatest sci fi films in history, Don Siegel's masterful Invasion of The Body Snatchers has been remade 3 times and now this will be the 4th version.

Directed by the tension building visualist from Germany Oliver Hirschbiegel (Das Experiment, Downfall) who may bring something fresh to the often told story. Disappointingly Invasion stars Nicole Kidman (To Die For, BMX Bandits) who's blank expressions and flat delivery would have better suited the pod people.

The new James Bond Daniel Craig (Layer Cake, Casino Royale, The Jacket) co stars alongside the uber talented Jeremy Northam (Cypher, Gosford Park, Enigma, The Winslow Boy) Jefferey Wright (Syriana, Casino Royale, Ride With The Devil) and Veronica Cartwright (Kinsey).

Well, i thought the trailer was surprisingly good, but showed too much as per hollywood usual ...
pg-13 is a disappointment though ... the original is brilliant, the kaufman version is good, and the ferrara version is good too .... can this join the others? will it feel anything?

Film & TV on DVD

As much as i love the story, Nicole Kidman in the trailer lets me know I wont be able to sit through it...sad really because I also love all the other remakes of the film and the Director is skillful.
