Famous for his thrillers The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable that succubus hatched spawn of Hitchcock and Rod Serling, Writer/Director M. Night Shyamalan has a new film due for Australian release June 13 2008. Titled the Happening there has been a shroud of silence surrounding the secretive filmmakers latest.
Obviously not impressed with what's happening
The release of the teaser trailer a few months ago generated much fan love from eager shymalites and this week a new clip has appeared over on MSN. The synopsis remains ambiguous with words like “apocalyptic pandemic” and “environmental disaster” lacing most all text.
Wahlberg sees something Happening
The film stars Mark “I’m not with the Funky Bunch” Wahlberg as Elliot Moore, Zooey “I’m so eccentric is sexy” Deschanel is his estranged wife, together they flee the natural disaster in an attempt to save their family. John Leguizamo also appears.
