A look at Quantum of Solace
Bond, James Bond.
The set for the latest James Bond film Quantum of Solace has been struck with a string of misfortune in recent weeks. Before cameras rolled on filming the opening car chase a luxury speedster Aston Martin that was due to be used hurtled out of control and ended up at the bottom of a Lake Garda in Italy.
Mr White deals with the pain
Stuntmen have been injured and more recently a technician working on the film was stabbed with a steak knife in a domestic dispute. Being the Director of this installment of the superspy franchise Marc Foster (Monster’s Ball, Finding Neverland) must be under more strain than he signed on for.
The white wardrobe
Moving forward the equipment is still running and scenes continue to be realised. Reassuring fans that its all worth it, the IGN website have just posted a bunch of new shots from the production.
Alone at last
The story picks up directly after Casino Royale with 007 seeking vengeance for the death of lover Vesper Lynd. Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Jeffrey Wright return. The new Bond Girls are Olga Kurylenko as Camille and Gemma Arterton as Agent Fields.
