One of the neccessary milestones for any huger than huge movie star is to be featured in People Magazine's Most Beautiful List.
Over the years, the list started getting stale as some of the celebrities become permanent fixtures in the list. The one crowned Most Beautiful this year is definitely no stranger to it, and no prizes for guessing who she is.
But I believe whoever makes the list has to be prominently in the news for the past year. So, expect to see the names of Oscar nominees and rising TV stars or those with high mentions in gossip tabloids.

I love that Paris Hilton didn't feature with her dog in the Beauty and Their Beasts section. Damn straight.
