Remember those very expensive pictures of Shiloh Jolie-Pitt? Well, Angelina and Brad weren't kidding when they said that those pictures were exclusive. There was already one prior legal warning issued to Gawker when the first photo (measuring something like a measly 120x150px) of the prettiest family in the world (minus Mad and Z) was leaked on the website.
Now, there's a new scandal involving Brangelina's baby shower photos. These photos were distributed around the internet over the past few days. The photos, taken in Namibia, were claimed to be stolen as lawyers for Brangelina issued a statement that "a digital memory card containing a number of personal copyright protected photographs" of Brad, Angelina and their children have been stolen and offered for sale."
The email, written by a lawyer for the powerhouse law firm of Lavely & Singer, threatens that anyone who publishes the photos "will be liable for substantial compensatory damages, punitive damages, and injunctive relief."
Uh? Way to scare people with big words like that.
Anywayyyyyy... I've got two links to two of the photos in the bunch of said stolen baby shower photos. They are pretty cute and Ange and Brad look totally happy. They aren't hosted on Orble servers, so I think I'm probably safe.
