Michael Cera avoids comedic Arrested Development

Young actor Michael Cera the tragically warped George Michael in Arrested Development has made the transition to the big screen with ease starring in the box office hit comedy Superbad. Now today we get the first look at his next laugh inducer titled Juno.
In this black comedy Cera plays Paulie, a geeky teen who impregnates the title character named Juno (Ellen Page from Hard Candy). Juno is an eccentric, determined and intelligent school girl who when faced with the unplanned pregnancy decides to adopt out to a pair of affluent suburbanites portrayed by Jason Bateman (Arrested Development, Smokin Aces, The Kingdom) and Jennifer Garner.
The film is Director Jason Reitman follow up to the brilliant Thank You For Smoking and also stars JK Simmons (Oz, Spiderman) and Cameron Bright (Thank You For Smoking, Running Scared)
