It's a promotion for "Semi-Pro", the movie starring Will Ferrell which sees him make yet another sports movie about a sport that no one would usually care about. This time is amateur basketball! Whee!
As for Heidi Klum, she gets all the additional exposure from starring in a photoshoot with Ferrell. No, wait a minute - she's already a famous model. She doesn't need the hype, plus she has to be groped and fondled by Ferrell's sweaty ham hands.
I suppose the idea is to convince audiences to watch the movie, because they think that Heidi Klum is going to play basketball in a bikini.
As far as I can tell, "Semi-Pro" is notable lacking in the Heidi Klum department - but don't you worry! If I know Ferrell, like I think I do, there'll be some easy gratuitous nudity/cheerleaders. That's how you make movies, after all.
