With McDonalds' healthy image overhaul, they have also taken drastic measures with their advertising campaign and dropped poor old Ronald in favour for a less kiddy and more adult tone in the form of Heidi Klum.
Here she is in some new McDonalds ads, I presume, for the European region. (Is America even on the Salads Plus bandwagon yet?) Does anyone actually prefer the new cafe-style McD's? Obesity-encouraging or not, I like my fast food the way it was, greasy and eaten on bright-coloured plastic stalls which would now be deemed vintage novelties. Perhaps people ought to have more self-control.
On an unrelated note, the Brangelina baby and the subsequent leaked photo hoohaa is huge huge news. I thought it would be good to give it a rest over here on Huntfamous. But for those who haven't already heard: the baby girl was named after a dog and pictures of her cost US$4.1m. Only a mere few days old, and she has already made more money than I'll ever make...
