As the “Hockey mum from hell” Sarah Palin voices her love of firearms, blind faith in the lord and belief that a view of Russia from her backyard qualifies her to make foreign policy, Hollywood celebs are eagerly jumping at the chance to support or ridicule the empty hatred in her gender dominated campaign.

Last week SNL featured a hilarious skit starring Tina Fey as the yokel nominee with small town dreams. Now the guys over at FunnyorDie.com have gone one better with a clip starring the always happy to stir the pot Gina Gershon.

The sultry legged wonder woman who starred in the Wachowski’s finest hour Bound plays the part of the overly folksy political puppet. Answering claims on her college education, John McCain’s decisive decision to have her as a running mate and ends with a bang as the shot gun toting bikini babe takes aim.
It’s a political satire that frighteningly tells a selective truth. After all this is a women with a special needs child that managed to funnel over 60% out of funding for disabled education in her home state.
Now I have probably put to much of my own opinion into this post, but it really is nothing that hasn’t already been said by many much wiser than I that keep there ears and eyes open when the spin factory comes to town.
