Sounding very derivative of the seminal 80's cult classic My Bodyguard starring Matt Dillon, this new film is inspired by an idea from quinessential 80's teen flick guru John Hughes (Breakfast Club, 16 Candles, pretty In Pink)
Starring dopey Owen Wilson (Royal Tennanbaums, Bottle Rocket, Minus Man) who answers a newspaper ad placed by a trio of nerds looking for protection in the schoolyard. The film is written by gross out comedy dude Seth Rogen who recently penned the mega successful 40 year Old Virgin, Knocked Up and the soon to be released Superbad.
