Drew Carey takes over The Price Is Right

Drew Carey is chubby and jolly, which is why he's everyone's favourite non-threatening comedian. He reminds audiences of a teddy bear, or of garden gnome, which is why, I imagine, he was given the invitation to host The Price is Right!
The Price is Right... during school holidays, I'd watch it before lunch, fantasizing about winning big, big prizes in crazy, ludicrous games.
Who could forget Plinko?
Carey announced it to the world on late night TV:
He may be friendly and easy-going, but it'll never be the same without Barker. Demanding kisses from his female contestants was his thing, and it seemed a little old man-creepy, but people were generally thrilled to be on the show.
And I doubt that six models will sue Drew Carey for sexual harassment... he seems more like the type of guy to ask out sex models, get rejected and create an atmosphere of awkwardness on set.
