Cosmo Australia Bans Nicole Richie

Like a forum banning a badly-behaving member, an Australian magazine has banned a badly-behaving celebrity.
In this month's editorial for Cosmopolitan, Sarah (the Editor) has announced that it will not run pictures of Nicole Richie due to her eating disorder. No word on how long the ban will last, but it is important in making us 'reflect on how these messages on weight loss might be affecting us'.
I'm not very sure what Cosmo is trying to achieve here. In the editorial, she is said to be promoting her 'shocking thinness'. Nicole Richie has already publicly admitted that she has an eating disorder and is seeking help from a nutritionist.
I think they should ban that picture of the Editor wearing yellow tights. That's what Cosmo should do.
