Beowulf is coming
Adapted from the epic fantasy of the same name with a screenplay by Neil Gaiman (Mirrormask, Sandman) and Roger Avery (Pulp Fiction, Killing Zoe). This big screen adventure is Directed by Robert Zemeckis (Back To The Future, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Romancing The Stone) and promises a 3D revolution in visual effects and storytelling.

If only it had more of the gritty, earthy quality of Excalibur with the supernatural allure of 300 and been cast with mostly unknowns ...
